A few bigger updates to your account and badges.
BADGES
- See when you earned each badge, and a Recent badge activity list when you earn a badge, move up a tier or lose one
- Hover over a badge on your profile card to see what it is, your tier and when you earned it
- Every badge now says in plain words how to earn it
- Your badge title and pinned badges show on your Social profile too
- Unpin a badge straight from its details, and your current tier is highlighted
YOUR TICKET TRANSCRIPTS
- When a ticket closes you get a link instead of a zip file
- Read all your closed tickets any time in My Account → Transcripts (you need a website account with your Discord linked)
- Images, videos and files are removed from your copy for privacy, and times show in your own time zone
SIGNING UP
- You now confirm your email before linking Discord, so a typo can't leave your account stuck
- Typed your email wrong? Fix it right on the sign-up or login page and we'll send a new link
PRIVACY POLICY
- Updated to cover transcripts on the website and badge dates
