Big one this time: you can now appeal punishments right on the website, see your record on My Account, plus a round of fixes.
APPEALS
- New Appeal a Punishment page at kittykingdom.net/appeals (also in the footer).
- Signed in with Discord linked? You'll see your punishments straight away. Not signed in, or banned? Search your Discord name, then confirm it's you with Discord. It works even while you're banned.
- Pick a punishment, tell us what happened, and optionally leave an email to get the decision. You'll get a reference number.
- Only admins read appeals. If an appeal is denied, you can appeal the same punishment again after 30 days. Some bans can be marked as not appealable.
- Ban messages from the bot now include the appeal link and how it works.
MY ACCOUNT
- New Punishments section: every warning, mute, kick and ban on your account, when it ends, and an Appeal button.
- Member since now shows when you joined the Discord server.
- The old Twitter, Telegram, YouTube and Steam links are gone. Add socials to your Social profile instead (they count toward the Socialite badge). Your phone number now sits under Profile.
SOCIAL & NOTIFICATIONS
- Notifications now show the profile picture of who they're from. Likes stay anonymous.
- "Active" times now update when you message or use Social, so they're accurate.
PRIVACY UPDATE
- Social messages are still hidden from other members and moderators. Moderators only see messages you report.
- Administrators can now read Social conversations when needed for safety: investigating reports, harassment or scams, or enforcing the rules. Every conversation an admin opens is logged. Our Privacy Policy has been updated to match.
Thanks for the feedback that keeps shaping the site!
